My wife and I were renovating our kitchen last month in Arlington, Va. We went to a couple local Arlington cabinet shops for pricing. We were recommended to Min and his team from a local high end contractor. We are so happy we chose Allen’s Cabinets. Not only were they the best priced option for the J&K Cabinets we wanted, but their team was great to work with throughout the process.

Min and team are incredible. From start to finish this was nothing but a 5 star experience. As someone who wanted to renovate our kitchen at an affordable price, we had meetings with 4 cabinet design companies before landing on Allen’s Cabinets.  Min was able to design the kitchen of our dreams right in line with the budget we provided. He was patient with us and always timely (something we had difficulties with elsewhere). The pictures speak for themselves…we feel our kitchen has a custom feel while really being stock sizes. The quality of the cabinets they recommend are truly great quality and amazing value for the price. This all wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Sun and Jason - they were instrumental in making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes and with the delivery. "Our experience with Allen's Cabinets was wonderful. My wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen for the first time since we bought it 27 years ago, and the process first felt overwhelming and daunting. I had a wonderful experience working with Min and his team at Allen’s Cabinets.  They did a fantastic job with my kitchen renovation - it’s absolutely beautiful, so functional, and a huge upgrade from before.  I was referred to Allen’s Cabinets by a family member and am grateful for the recommendation.  I worked closely with Min on the kitchen design where I greatly valued his guidance and expertise as he worked to incorporate all of my wishlist items.  It was important to me to have a big empty kitchen island, which meant figuring out how to fit all of the appliances along the wall.  Min was patient, understanding, and had helpful feedback and suggestions during all of the back and forth throughout the design process.  Min also served as the project manager for the renovation where he coordinated with the general contractors (Mr. Choi and Mr. Lee with Eden Construction), thoroughly planned out the timeline and estimated costs, made sure any prep work was completed in advance of starting construction, and made sure I understood what to expect during the renovation.  The renovation itself went so smoothly from my perspective.  Min worked closely with Mr. Choi and Mr. Lee behind the scenes and handled any issues that came up.  We did not have to worry about anything and could trust that Min would loop us in as needed.  Min recommended Eden Construction with Mr. Choi and Mr. Lee as general contractors for the renovation and they too were fantastic.  Not only did they do excellent quality work with everything from moving the gas line, electrical work, cabinet installation, hardwood floor repair, wall repair, etc., they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with.  Mr. Choi, Mr. Lee, and their team treated our home like their own.  They worked so hard to get our rather large kitchen renovation done in just over 3 weeks and the end result speaks for itself. Where do I start? The first day we walk into the showroom my wife and I were extremely impress with all the display cabinets in the showroom, it was amazing. After speaking to Min about what we're looking for he started to design our kitchen, along the way we made several changes with our design, and every time Min was very helpful, and he even gave us his opinion based on what they have done in the past with other kitchen remodeling. Min and Ms. Sun help walk through the whole process of selecting our cabinets/Hardware/Countertops, they were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about every single item. Once everything was finalized MIn help us select the contractor to do the project and kept us posted about the start date of our kitchen remodeling and it started exactly on time. The contractor he recommended was WONDFERFUL. Mr. Choi and his staff: Carlos & Walter are TERRIFIC. We have done work with other contractors in the past for other projects, but I have to say this is the BEST CREW we have ever work with. They showed up every day on time and worked very hard until it was time to leave, and they even cleaned up every single day. On the 1st day they remove the old cabinet and pretty much gutted the whole kitchen and replace every single item that needed to be replaced (Drywall/Sockets/Plumbing/Etc). We also relocated our sink therefore everything plumbing related needed to be redone and they did a great job.  Along the way we decided to replace our hardwood floor and wood stairs and update our 3 bedrooms and again Min took great care of us (Selecting floor/Paint Color/Etc), and the contractors were great about the changes and even did extra work without us asking to make everything look perfect and it was. Regarding our old floor and stairs, they squeak a lot and Min and Mr. Choi told us they can try to reduce the squeak and also told us they cannot guarantee it 100 % but they will do the best they can, and they did. It’s a whole lot more enjoyable to walk on it now and we love it. Once the floors are done, it’s time for the cabinets and it went great. Mr. Choi and his staff took their time and measured everything to detail and installed it and every minor issues were taken care of, after the cabinets were finally installed it looked BEAUTIFUL, absolutely BEAUTIFUL, we LOVE IT. They also install every kitchen item such as sink, disposal, led lighting, new fridge with waterline/stove/exhaust/dishwasher and even windows to perfection. They also repainted our bedrooms and added ceiling lights along with crown molding and baseboard molding throughout the house and it looks AMAZING. We are so happy with our new kitchen/floor/bedrooms; the whole upstairs looks like a brand-new home. After all this, every time we look at the kitchen now, we don’t really want to use it because it looks Amazing, and we don’t what to mess it up (how funny). My family and I really want to thank Allen’s Cabinet (Min & Ms. Sun) for everything they have done for us in creating our dream kitchen and walking us though every single process and dealing and resolving any issues we had along the way with perfection. We also want to thank the contractors, Mr. Choi, Carlos and Walter for an excellent job and all the hard work and attention to detail and the extra work that was done to make everything happen. We definitely recommend Allen’s Cabinets for any kitchen remodeling and for the value of our project, attention to detail and BEST customer service of any business I had ever dealt with. There is simply no better place to go than Allen's Cabinets.  We stumbled in after a Google search, and 2 other frustrating consultations, and Min helped us right away.  He tackled the many challenges of our kitchen reno, used durable and high quality materials, and connected us with the best contractor crew we have ever worked with (especially Mr. Choi and Carlos)! And he did all of this in a short timeframe and for about half the price of other quotes.  Min is extremely knowledgeable, and also a kind and great person to work with.

We truly recommend Allen's Cabinet.  Min (the owner) is super responsive, detailed-oriented, and mindful of the budget (we had other estimates that were almost double the amount that he charged us).  He walked us throughout the whole process in a smooth and fair manner.  The construction team was also amazing.  Ours was a major renovation, and they were done in 2 weeks.  They always showed up on time, thus working non-stop 8 to 5.  They always listened to our needs, and charged us accordingly.  The result was a beautiful kitchen that met all our aesthetic and financial needs (including unexpected changes that we requested).  We are extremely happy with the results. I had a wonderful experience on a recent kitchen remodel. They were detail oriented and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Despite all of the pandemic related supply-chain issues, they were able to deliver a beautiful kitchen to please even the pickiest of clients.
