During the first consultation meeting, we provide you with information on our cabinet lines, the material we use, and much other useful information that can provide guidance and expand your knowledge and provide clarification of any uncertainties you may have. Once you have a good understanding of your budget and requests, we provide you with our suggestions and you make the final decision on your door style, color, and cabinets.

During the consultation process, we will have already made the rough design of the kitchen and provided you with the first estimate from the initial design. We will then finalize the design such as floor plans, elevation, and construction notes. We would also finalize the 3D rendering of your design so that you will be able to visualize all the annotations we had into a realistic visual imaging. If you have not decided on a contractor, we can connect you with our longstanding and highly experienced contractors, and once every detail of the project is agreed upon between the customer and our designer, we can proceed to the confirmation stage.

Even with the final floor plan design finished, we like to triple-check our work so we will have a final measurement appointment at the job site. Once finished with measurements and every detail is confirmed, we place an order applying the initial $99 deposit from sight measurement (if applicable) as well as discounts if applicable. Once orders are placed for the cabinets, if applicable, we can continue to discuss other aspects of your kitchen such as countertops or hardware, and provide consultation on different aspects of the kitchen as well. We place the orders afterward since countertops must be ordered once cabinets are installed and hardware is not a top priority in the order of transaction for your kitchen.

The general timeline from the day the order is placed, and the estimated time for the cabinets to be shipped, assembled, and installed in your kitchen takes around 3 to 6 weeks in total. Once the cabinets arrive at the showroom, our team inspects carefully for any damages first and begins assembling the cabinets one by one, making any modification adjustments if needed. We package all our cabinets to prevent any damages during the delivery process and throughout the installation process, we communicate daily with contractors to make sure the installation process goes as smoothly as possible.
